We refer to our members as Strategic Orchestrators.—

They are the official or unofficial custodians of EX/PX.

They may or may not have EX in their title, and they may or may not lead vast teams.

What defines them is a commitment to chart a new path and put in place new ways of operating to to ensure the delivery of better work experiences that drive real business outcomes.

They aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and they know that better work experiences requires working across a highly cross-functional set of stakeholders.

They approach this work with rigor; they are data-driven, human-centered and lead with the non-negotiable goal of having business impact.
