What is the conference theme?

This year’s conference theme is “Designing the Future of Work: Strategies for EX Success.”

When and where is the conference?

Our 2024 conference will be on October 23-24, 2024 in Atlanta, Ga, USA.

Who is eligible to attend?

This conference is intended for EX professionals and their teams who work mostly or exclusively on EX in their roles. In addition, there is limited availability for individuals or companies who sell goods and services related to EX. Learn more about attending in this category in the vendor section.

I go to alot of conferences, what’s unique about this one?

The EXchange community is led by and for EX professionals, as such, this conference is also focused on peer-to-peer learning and innovation. Our goal is to foster a space for EX immersion that will ignite your passion, propel your strategy, and empower you to create exceptional workplaces.

Who can present at this conference?

We invite EX professionals whose daily work is primarily or exclusively EX related. Professionals whose daily work is at least 1/2 EX related may also present, however, a co-presenter would strengthen the session proposal. There is limited availability for vendors to present. How do I submit a session proposal?

You can submit a session proposal by filling out our session proposal application here. Please read the submission guidelines carefully to ensure a strong session submission.

Who and how will my proposal be reviewed?

A session reviewing committee made up of EXchange members will review each proposal and evaluate whether it meets the eligibility guidelines per the session proposal application. As EX professionals, the committee will also evaluate the relevance and potential impact of the session, including its key takeways.

What is the deadline to submit a proposal?

The deadline to submit is June 1, 2024. Submissions will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until all slots are filled. All submitters will be notified by June 15, 2024 of the status of their proposal.

Do I need to attend the conference to present or can I present virtually?

All presenters must be registered attendees and attend the conference in-person.

Are there any presenter discounts?

Presenter can take advantage of the early bird rate regardless of when they register. If you are a presenter registering after the early bird deadline, please contact us to assist you in registering. Learn more about conference rates in the Pricing section.

Who is considered a Vendor?

Any individual or company that sells goods or services related to EX work is considered a vendor, this includes but is not limited to, consultants, digital services or platforms, digital solutions, and courses.

How many Vendors will be at this conference?

Vendor registrations are limited to 15% of total attendees.

How can Vendors register for this conference?

Vendors should contact us prior to registering on our events page. Once accepted, vendors will be instructed to register on our events page under the attendee type “Vendor.”

Can Vendors present at this conference?

There is limited availability for vendors to present at this conference. You can submit a session proposal here. In addition to meeting the guidelines in the session proposal application, vendors who submit proposals in partnership with an existing client to showcase how they’ve implemented a solution together, will receive preference over vendor only proposals. Hint: These use case presentations are most effective when led by the client with the vendor as a supporting co-presenter.

What’s the cost for Vendors to attend?

Vendor Rates:

Regular March 4-Oct 20: $1800 per attendee

We appreciate that “life happens” and sometimes cancellations are inevitable. We hope to be as flexible as possible with your understanding that we are a small non-profit, therefore, issuing refunds can impact our ability to fulfill our mission. As such, refunds are on a case by case basis and under the discretion of The EXchange, considering factors such as medical emergencies, documented travel restrictions, and other extenuating circumstances. Refund requests received before July 8, 2024 are eligible for a full refund. Requests received between July 8 - September 8, 2024 are eligible for a partial refund (i.e 50% before August 8, 2024 and 25% before September 8, 2024). There will be no refunds after September 8, 2024. To request a refund, please email The EXchange with a brief explanation for your cancellation and refund request. In lieu of a refund, The EXchange may offer to transfer your ticket to a colleague or issue a credit for a future event.
